Before your visit.

What do I need to bring?

Your swimwear, water to stay hydrated, sandals or flip flops and two towels: one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself. Bring a robe or warm clothes to wrap up in afterwards.

Can I come alone, or is this a group thing?

Both. The ritual works just as well solo. Groups often find it deepens connection. Sessions are small and it never feels crowded.

Are there changing rooms on site?

Yes, three. A storage area is available for your belongings, though we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.

Every session includes time for changing. If you use the changing room towards the end, please be mindful of the next booking and do it within your slot.

Where are you?

Leebeen Park, Dunbeggan, Aughnacliffe, Co. Longford.

What is the age limit?

Eighteen. This is a normal safety standard for our type of service, and we have the right of refusal without proof of identification.

Are there toilets on site?

There are no toilets on site, so please plan accordingly.

What are the opening times?

Thursday and Friday, 16:00 to 21:00.

Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 24 hours before your booking: a full refund or full credit.

Within 24 hours of your booking: we cannot offer a refund or credit.

No shows: no refund or credit.

To cancel or reschedule, email us with your booking details and whether you would like a refund or a credit.

Sports teams and corporate bookings?

For groups of fifteen or more, contact us directly with your group size and preferred dates and times. We offer discounted rates and packages for returning bookings.
